Zethu
Myeki.
Date Of Birth: 17.11.1993
Born in Mdantsane in the Eastern Cape, Zethu Myeki first picked up a golf club at age 14 after noticing a friend hitting balls on the local football field and took up the sport through the South African Golf Development Board. The Ernie Els and Fancourt Foundation soon snapped her up.
She turned professional in 2020 and went on to take her maiden win at the Standard Bank Pro-Am at Parkview in 2021.

For Zethu tournaments are won as much off the course as they are on - she spends a lot of time working on her mental and physical fitness. A typical day is spent both in the gym and on the course.
Her 2022 season saw several top 5 finishes. It was a year in which Zethu grew as a professional player - working on maintaining focus and her mental fortitude through adversity.
She is excited about the opportunities and possibilities that lie ahead, whilst understanding the importance of stepping up to the challenge both mentally and through her performance as she continues to break barriers and prove her potential.
