On Saturday, we hosted our very first KG Rabada Fast Bowling Academy day, with support from @lionscricket.
Academy aims to assist the next generation of fast bowlers through specialised coaching, training and support. Each of the attendees received hands-on support from KG and other specialised experts in fast bowling, encompassing technical, tactical, physical and mental aspects of the game.

Fresh from his sterling debut for @proteasmencsa U19 in Bangladesh, the left-arm spinner is eager to prove his mettle. Since first picking up a cricket ball and bat up at the age of 10, Sipho has achieved many accolades including being top wicket-taker at CSA Cubs Week in 2023 and his call-up to the U19 side.
